  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the onions and garlic to the pot and cook until softened.
  3. 3. Stir in the diced potatoes, beef broth, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
  5. 5. Stir in the milk and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve hot.
