Hash Brown Quiche Recipe
A delicious and easy-to-make quiche with a crispy hash brown crust.

Crust
- 3 cups Frozen hash browns, thawed
Filling
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Diced ham
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Press the thawed hash browns into the bottom and up the sides of a greased pie dish to form a crust.
Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Layer the cheese and ham over the baked crust.
Pour the egg mixture over the cheese and ham.
Bake for an additional 25 minutes or until the filling is set and the top is golden brown.
Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
