- 4 cups Shredded Potatoes fresh or frozen
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese cheddar or your choice
- 2 tablespoons Melted Butter
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your waffle iron.
In a large bowl, mix shredded potatoes, shredded cheese, melted butter, salt, and black pepper.
Grease the waffle iron with a little butter or cooking spray.
Scoop the potato mixture onto the waffle iron and spread it out evenly.
Close the waffle iron and cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until the hash browns are crispy and golden brown.
Carefully remove the hash brown waffles and serve hot.
