  • 2 tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your waffle iron.
  2. In a large bowl, mix shredded potatoes, shredded cheese, melted butter, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Grease the waffle iron with a little butter or cooking spray.
  4. Scoop the potato mixture onto the waffle iron and spread it out evenly.
  5. Close the waffle iron and cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until the hash browns are crispy and golden brown.
  6. Carefully remove the hash brown waffles and serve hot.
