  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks with juice
  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine pineapple chunks with juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, and minced garlic.
  2. 2. Add chicken breasts to the bowl and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. 4. Cook chicken breasts in the skillet until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
