Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 2 cups Cooked White Rice
- 4 Large Eggs
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tablespoon Butter

1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. Form the ground beef into 4 patties. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add the flour and cook, stirring constantly, for about 1 minute.
5. Gradually whisk in the beef broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until the gravy thickens, about 5 minutes.
6. In a separate frying pan, cook the eggs sunny-side up.
7. To assemble, place a scoop of rice on each plate, top with a beef patty, pour gravy over the patty, and place a fried egg on top.
