Hemp Seed & Kale Pesto Recipe
A healthy and delicious pesto made with hemp seeds and kale.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Kale stems removed
- ½ cup Hemp Seeds
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Nutritional Yeast
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- ½ teaspoon Salt or to taste
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper or to taste
1. Add kale, hemp seeds, nutritional yeast, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to a food processor.
2. Pulse until the mixture is finely chopped.
3. With the processor running, slowly add the olive oil until the mixture is smooth.
4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
5. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
