  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs preferably panko
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme dried
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary dried
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs, parsley, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush chicken breasts with olive oil.
  4. Coat chicken breasts with the herb mixture.
  5. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
