Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops bone-in or boneless
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Press the pork chops into the breadcrumb mixture, coating both sides.
  4. Place the pork chops on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
