Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Press the pork chops into the breadcrumb mixture, coating both sides.
Place the pork chops on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
