Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.

Place the chicken in a roasting pan and roast for 90 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before carving.
