Ingredients 

Marinade

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Chicken

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts boneless, skinless

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Remove chicken from the marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  5. 5. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
