  • 2 lbs Potatoes peeled and cubed
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ¼ cup Butter melted
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the potatoes in a pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. 2. Drain the potatoes and return to the pot.
  3. 3. Mash the potatoes until smooth.
  4. 4. Stir in the milk, melted butter, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5. Serve warm.
