Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Chicken about 4 pounds
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary chopped
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Thyme chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 whole Lemon halved
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
Rub the chicken with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Stuff the cavity with rosemary, thyme, garlic, and lemon halves.
Place the chicken in a roasting pan and roast for about 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before carving.
