Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Potatoes, diced
- 1 cup Onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add diced potatoes to the skillet and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add chopped onions, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for another 10 minutes until potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
