- 1 cup Cornmeal
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- ¼ cup Honey
- ¼ cup Melted butter
- 2 Eggs
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, combine the milk, honey, melted butter, and eggs. Mix well.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
