- 4 pieces Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
- 4 pieces Parsnips peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the carrots and parsnips with olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper.
Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until tender and caramelized.
Serve warm.
