- 1 lb Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 tablespoon Butter unsalted
- 3 tablespoon Honey
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper freshly ground
1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the carrots and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Stir in the honey, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 10-15 minutes, until the carrots are tender and glazed.
4. Serve warm.
