- 1 lb Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the carrots with olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and slightly caramelized.
