Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Bamboo shoots, julienned
  • 1 cup Firm tofu, cubed
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Chili paste
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon Water
  • 2 pcs Eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon White pepper
  • 2 pcs Green onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and tofu. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili paste.
  4. 4. Mix cornstarch with water and add to the soup. Stir until thickened.
  5. 5. Slowly pour in the beaten eggs while stirring the soup.
  6. 6. Season with white pepper and garnish with green onions. Serve hot.
