Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup potato chips, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, celery, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the crushed potato chips over the top of the chicken mixture.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the mixture is hot and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
