A quick and healthy wrap filled with hummus and fresh vegetables.

Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces Whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup Hummus
- 1 cup Mixed vegetables (sliced cucumber, bell pepper, carrot)
- 1 handful Spinach leaves
1. Spread hummus evenly over each tortilla.
2. Layer mixed vegetables and spinach leaves on top of the hummus.
3. Roll up the tortillas tightly and slice in half if desired.
