  • 1.5 cups Self-Rising Flour

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened ice cream and self-rising flour. Mix until just combined.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
