Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rice flour
  • ½ cup All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Semolina
  • 1 cup Water
  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon Oil for cooking

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, all-purpose flour, semolina, and salt.
  2. 2. Add water and yogurt to the dry ingredients and mix well to form a smooth batter.
  3. 3. Stir in cumin seeds and chopped cilantro.
  4. 4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with oil.
  5. 5. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it out evenly to form a thin crepe.
  6. 6. Cook until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  7. 7. Repeat with the remaining batter, greasing the pan as needed.
  8. 8. Serve hot with your favorite chutney or dip.
