Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • ¾ cup warm water

Instructions 

  1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
  2. Add yogurt and oil, mix well.
  3. Gradually add warm water, knead to form a soft dough.
  4. Cover and let it rest for 1 hour.
  5. Divide dough into balls, roll out each ball into a flat oval shape.
  6. Heat a skillet, cook each naan until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side.
  7. Serve hot.
