Main Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoon plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoon oil
- ¾ cup warm water
Mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
Add yogurt and oil, mix well.
Gradually add warm water, knead to form a soft dough.
Cover and let it rest for 1 hour.
Divide dough into balls, roll out each ball into a flat oval shape.
Heat a skillet, cook each naan until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side.
Serve hot.
