Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin

Peanut Sauce

  • ½ cup Peanut butter
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix chicken with soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, coriander, and cumin. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
  3. 3. Grill the skewers over medium heat for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
  4. 4. For the peanut sauce, combine peanut butter, coconut milk, soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, and garlic in a saucepan. Cook over low heat until smooth and heated through.
  5. 5. Serve the chicken skewers with peanut sauce on the side.
