A quick and easy way to roast a whole chicken using an Instant Pot.

Main Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken about 4 pounds
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup chicken broth
1. Rub the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
2. Place the trivet in the Instant Pot and add the chicken broth.
3. Place the chicken on the trivet, breast side up.
4. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to pressure cook on high for 25 minutes.
5. Allow the pressure to release naturally for 15 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
6. Carefully remove the chicken and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.
