Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk. Fold in the apple slices.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool before serving. Enjoy!
