Irish Coffee
A classic cocktail combining hot coffee, Irish whiskey, sugar, and cream.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup hot coffee
- 1 ½ oz Irish whiskey
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 oz heavy cream lightly whipped
1. Brew a cup of hot coffee.
2. Add the brown sugar to the coffee and stir until dissolved.
3. Stir in the Irish whiskey.
4. Lightly whip the heavy cream until it starts to thicken but is still pourable.
5. Pour the cream over the back of a spoon to float on top of the coffee.
6. Serve hot and enjoy.
