- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 teaspoon Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 0.5 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
4. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add garlic and cherry tomatoes. Cook for 2-3 minutes until tomatoes are softened.
6. Return chicken to the skillet and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Cover and cook for another 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
