Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the chickpea flour, water, olive oil, and salt until smooth.
  3. Let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Pour the batter onto a greased baking sheet, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Sprinkle rosemary on top if using.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before cutting into pieces.
