- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon rosemary optional
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the chickpea flour, water, olive oil, and salt until smooth.
Let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes.
Pour the batter onto a greased baking sheet, spreading it out evenly.
Sprinkle rosemary on top if using.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before cutting into pieces.
