- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 can Tomato Sauce (15 oz)
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes (15 oz)
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
3. Stir in the tomato sauce and diced tomatoes.
4. Season with dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
