Main Ingredients
- 4 large Eggs
- ¼ cup Milk
- ¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup Chopped tomatoes
- ¼ cup Chopped bell peppers
- ¼ cup Chopped onions
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- ¼ cup Chopped fresh basil
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
2. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, chopped tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, salt, and black pepper.
3. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until the edges start to set.
5. Gently lift the edges with a spatula and tilt the skillet to allow the uncooked eggs to flow to the edges.
6. Once the omelet is mostly set, sprinkle the chopped fresh basil on top.
7. Fold the omelet in half and cook for another minute until fully set.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
