Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Pasta cooked and cooled
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup Black olives sliced
  • ½ cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Cucumber diced
  • ¼ cup Basil chopped
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, black olives, red onion, cucumber, and basil.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
  5. 5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
