Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 300 g Pork loin thinly sliced
  • 250 g Pasta any type
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes 400g
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add thinly sliced pork loin to the skillet. Cook until browned.
  4. 4. Stir in diced tomatoes, dried oregano, and dried basil. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
