  • 3 cups zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the zucchini, flour, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, milk, eggs, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Let the pie cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
