Main Ingredients
- 1 can Jackfruit drained and shredded
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 cup Vegetable Broth
- 8 pieces Tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
- 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
- 1 cup Sliced Avocado
- 1 cup Salsa
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the shredded jackfruit, cumin, chili powder, and smoked paprika. Cook for 5 minutes.
3. Pour in the vegetable broth and simmer for 15 minutes until the jackfruit is tender.
4. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
5. Assemble the tacos by placing the jackfruit mixture on the tortillas and topping with lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, and salsa.
