  • 1 can Jackfruit drained and shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 8 pieces Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Sliced Avocado
  • 1 cup Salsa

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the shredded jackfruit, cumin, chili powder, and smoked paprika. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Pour in the vegetable broth and simmer for 15 minutes until the jackfruit is tender.
  4. 4. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
  5. 5. Assemble the tacos by placing the jackfruit mixture on the tortillas and topping with lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, and salsa.
