- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 pieces Jalapenos, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 piece Egg
- ¼ cup Vegetable oil
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add shredded cheese and chopped jalapenos to the dry ingredients.
In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and vegetable oil.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
