Main Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 jalapenos, diced seeds removed for less heat
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoon butter, melted
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, jalapenos, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
Spread the mixture into a baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and melted butter. Sprinkle over the top of the dip.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the dip is bubbly.
Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
