Jalapeno Popper Grilled Cheese Sandwich

- 4 slices Bread
- 2 tablespoon Butter softened
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 2 tablespoon Cream Cheese softened
- 1 Jalapeno sliced
1. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
2. Spread cream cheese on the unbuttered side of two slices of bread.
3. Add shredded cheddar cheese and sliced jalapenos on top of the cream cheese.
4. Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side out.
5. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the sandwiches until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
