- 12 jalapeños halved and seeded
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
Sprinkle bread crumbs over the filled jalapeños.
Place the jalapeños on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until the tops are golden and bubbly.
Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
