- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and carrots.
In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots, and toss to combine.
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
