Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground Beef
  • 1 unit Onion grated
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Sumac optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, grated onion, salt, black pepper, turmeric, and sumac (if using).
  2. 2. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. 3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and mold each portion around a skewer.
  4. 4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. 5. Grill the kabobs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
  6. 6. Serve hot with rice or bread.
