Main Ingredients
- 500 g Ground beef or lamb
- 1 large Onion, finely chopped
- ¼ cup Fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Ground allspice
- 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground meat, onion, parsley, allspice, cumin, salt, and pepper.
2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
3. Shape the mixture into oval patties or onto skewers.
4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
5. Grill the kafta for about 10 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
