Kale & Apple Salad with Maple Vinaigrette

Salad Ingredients
- 1 bunch Kale chopped
- 2 Apples sliced
- ¼ cup Walnuts chopped
- ¼ cup Dried cranberries
Dressing Ingredients
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped kale, sliced apples, chopped walnuts, and dried cranberries.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
