- 2 cups kale chopped
- 0.5 cup walnuts
- 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 2 cloves garlic
- 0.5 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Combine kale, walnuts, Parmesan cheese, and garlic in a food processor.
Pulse until finely chopped.
With the processor running, slowly add olive oil until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
