Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Kale stems chopped
  • ½ cup Olive oil
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • ¼ cup Nuts toasted (pine nuts or walnuts)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Combine kale stems, garlic, nuts, and lemon juice in a food processor.
  2. Pulse until finely chopped.
  3. With the processor running, slowly add olive oil until smooth.
  4. Add Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Pulse to combine.
  5. Adjust seasoning to taste.
