Kale Stem Pesto Recipe
A delicious way to use up kale stems and make a vibrant pesto.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Kale stems chopped
- ½ cup Olive oil
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 2 cloves Garlic
- ¼ cup Nuts toasted (pine nuts or walnuts)
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper freshly ground
Combine kale stems, garlic, nuts, and lemon juice in a food processor.
Pulse until finely chopped.
With the processor running, slowly add olive oil until smooth.
Add Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Pulse to combine.
Adjust seasoning to taste.
