Instructions
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a blender or food processor, combine kale, walnuts, Parmesan, garlic, and lemon juice. Pulse until finely chopped.
3. With the machine running, slowly add olive oil until the mixture is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Toss the cooked pasta with the kale walnut pesto. Serve immediately.
