- 1 cup Beer any light beer
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
- ¼ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- to taste Salt
1. In a saucepan, combine beer, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Heat over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
2. Gradually add shredded cheddar cheese, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
