Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Tomato paste
  • ½ cup Apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Allspice
  • ¼ teaspoon Cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Blend the mixture until smooth.
  4. Strain the ketchup through a fine mesh strainer.
  5. Let cool and store in a sterilized jar.
