Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • ¼ cup Coconut flour
  • ¼ cup Psyllium husk powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 4 large Eggs
  • ¼ cup Butter, melted
  • ½ cup Warm water

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the eggs and melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  4. Slowly add the warm water to the mixture, stirring until a thick batter forms.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
