- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Tomato Paste
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onion is translucent.
Stir in tomato paste, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish. Pour heavy cream over the mixture and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
